Mine and Dave's Quilt

Better late than never. The quilt containing reminders of the most important people in my life to date is finally made. And it hasn't quite missed this years winter weather. I'm smug and snug now.

Fleur's Quilt

New quilt made for a new friend of a friend. (Newborn quilt size from the menu) New liberty prints added. As always, a variety of bold colours, textures and patterns for sensory development and visual appeal.

It has been lovely seeing my friends' children using the quilts as they grow. Here is one of my top models. See how great the quilt makes him look!

New baby patchwork - Hester

With new liberty fabrics from the V&A, my cousin's clothes from their early years, prints my Dad has brought back from Malaysia, some of my friends' pyjama's from the 1950's and even spot the square from the Kaiser's bag. Backed with buttermilk fleece.

Double Quilt

Here is the first double-duvet sized blanket that I have remembered to photograph before sending out.

As with the baby blankets, this is backed with fleece - for this one I chose a warm grey, for others I have used a bright turquoise, but I am able to access a wide range of colours if you are interested in ordering one.

 The blankets now come inter-lined to make them more durable.

When you order, please e-mail me at flosscobb@gmail.com to let me know if you would like white borders, if you have any special fabrics you want included, if you want a name embroidered onto the quilt, if you prefer bright or more muted colours, etc.

I machine wash all of the quilts as delicates before I send them out to make sure they reach you fresh. However, they will inevitably wear quicker the more frequently / higher temperature they are washed at, so factor this in!
